Terms & Conditions

Macrofit regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Macrofit Customer, and conforms to Internet privacy standards. These Terms can affect your legal rights, so please read them carefully.

Macrofit is a meal prep company delivering fresh and healthy meals in specific hub points around Perth. When registering for Macrofit, you create a customer profile on our website which is your portal to manage your orders and your personal information.

Personal Details

In order to use the Macrofit website, we may require information from you in order to provide you with the best service possible.

Any information collected by Macrofit is collected via correspondence from you. This may be via the telephone, email or directly through our website and through interaction with the Macrofit team.

The security of your personal information is important to us and your personal details are for our internal use only. Internal use includes use associated with our logistical partners or other third parties taking part in the production and delivery of our meals. Macrofit will not sell or share your personal details to a third party not involved or associated in delivering our service to you unless it is required by law and we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.

If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may amend or deactivate it by emailing us at jenna@macrofit.com.au.

Macrofit is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of inaccurate personal information.

Communications

Macrofit uses personal information for essential communications, such as Emails, SMS, accounts information, and Customer service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including promotional Emails, SMS order reminders, newsletters and offers. If at any time you do not wish to receive such correspondence, you can request to be removed from any mailing lists by unsubscribing or emailing us at jennamacrofit@gmail.com

Ordering

Orders placed and paid for, are for one (1) menu only and do not rollover to the following week.

Upon placing an order with us, we may request certain personal information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and contact number) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and ccv). We use this information for billing purposes and order clarifications. If we encounter any issues in processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Delivery

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Macrofit containing the details of your order.

Macrofit services gyms in different geographical areas at different times and days. In the event where we encounter unforeseen circumstances and are unable to meet the expected delivery day or time, you will be notified in a timely manner.

Once your meals have been delivered, it becomes your responsibility and Macrofit will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind. Macrofit reserves the right to choose to not deliver our product to a certain area within a suburb or postcode, and to not deliver our product to a certain customer. Macrofit reserves the right to change or alter delivery days and cut off periods without notice which may be required for logistical reasons. Macrofit cannot give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time.

Macrofit customers accept there may be delays out of our control (such as traffic or weather) and your meals may be delivered outside our scheduled delivery times.

Quality & freshness

We take every precaution to keep our products fresh, of high quality and without damage. As a customer and consumer, it is your responsibility to examine and approve the quality of the products you receive.If you have concerns about the freshness of your meals, or the packaging is broken or damaged please email jenna@macrofit.com.au immediately. If we agree the product was supplied faulty upon delivery, Macrofit will process a refund or provide a credit for the value of the damaged item.

Please check the label for the use by date. We do not recommend that you consume our meals past the use by date. We do not recommend that you freeze our meals as they are best eaten fresh.

Macrofit accepts no responsibility or liability for injuries or illnesses as a result of consuming food we have supplied. Our dishes are tested and carefully put together but you as the consumer are responsible for storing and heating your food safely and appropriately.

Allergies and intolerances

All Macrofit meals are gluten free as well as dairy free. Discrete allergies or other food intolerances are not considered in the planning and handling of our meals. Macrofit meals may contain nuts or other foods that are considered individual allergens. Before placing an order, you should check the Nutritional Panel and ingredients list of each meal to ensure all ingredients suit your personal diet or situation. If you have any concerns regarding a discrete allergy, please contact us and we will gladly attend to your queries.

Payment

When registering and ordering Macrofit meals, you agree to provide your payment details and you authorise Macrofit to charge your credit card to collect payment for your order.

The Customer must have sufficient funds or credit available at the time of each transaction. Transactions for meal payments are one off for the menu ordered.

If you do not have sufficient funds available at the time of the transaction your order will not be submitted for the next scheduled delivery day.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Macrofit containing your payment details. There will be no refunds where the customer has not adhered to the payment terms and conditions.

Refund & Returns Policy

The Return & Refunds Policy covers refused orders due to system error, customer error and driver inability to safely and correctly deliver an order.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been open, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

Macrofit will refund payment in the event that there is a confirmed error on our end and you have been incorrectly charged.

Macrofit will not replace or provide a refund for any meals ordered by the customer by mistake. If you have received an incorrect meal or are missing a meal, you must notify Macrofit within 24 hours of delivery by phone on +61432091712. You will be refunded by the same payment method used initially or a credit will be issued to be used on the next order.

Failure to comply with these policies will result in no refund or credit.

Macrofit will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.

Changes to Privacy Policy

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by Email, or by means of a notice on our homepage.

Cancellation Policy

Macrofit requires a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to order cut off mentioning your intention to cancel your order.
